The External Plant Panel will not be accepting submissions from new suppliers between 8th of May to 18th of June 2023, and 21st of August to 3rd of October 2023. Existing suppliers can continue to update and submit applications as required.
The External Plant Web Portal will allow you to register and provide details of the capability of your organisation. You will be required to provide details of your business insurance, your OH&S systems, your operator accreditation and details of your plant.
If you are a contractor wishing to express interest in joining the State-wide Panel of Providers for the hire of plant for fire related and general civil works then this website will assist you in:
- Registering details of organisation,
- Registering Plant Operators,
- Registering Plant items,
- Submitting the application to the DELWP External Plant Unit for consideration.
If your application meets DELWP's standards for compliance, and have successfully been evaluated by DELWP you will be listed on the DELWP State-wide External Plant Panel for Civil Contractors as available contractors.
If you are an existing contractor on the DELWP State-wide External Plant Panel for Civil Contractors and wish to amend or add addition plant or plant operators please sign in and amend as required, then submit the application to the DELWP External Plant Unit for consideration.
Application on this portal will replace DELWP's annual expression of interest process for procuring external plant.
